Our journey began in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa, a strategic maritime and logistics hub at the southern tip of the continent. Established in 2012 by a team of experienced maritime and energy professionals—many with direct roots in Cape Town's ports, shipyards, and the South African oil & gas support network—our company was founded with a clear purpose: to provide reliable, end-to-end solutions for the marine and oil & gas industries across Africa, with a strong emphasis on West Africa.

From our Cape Town headquarters, we identified Angola as one of the most dynamic and opportunity-rich markets in the region. With its world-class deepwater blocks, prolific offshore fields like Block 17 (Girassol, Dalia, Pazflor), Block 32, and the emerging pre-salt plays, Angola stands as a cornerstone of West Africa's oil and gas production.
